Full Program: Hybrid Personal Training
The Full Program is for women who want the whole picture: private coaching, a plan to follow between sessions, and support that doesn't stop when you leave the studio. It combines a weekly one-to-one session in my Collingwood Park studio with a weekly group session and six weeks of app programming, all for $90 per week. It's my most popular option, and the one that produces the most consistent results.

Most training falls down in the gap between sessions. The Full Program closes that gap: your weekly one-to-one session builds technique and pushes your strength safely, while your app programming tells you exactly what to do on the other days. Nothing is left to guesswork, and nothing depends on motivation alone.
Your weekly one-to-one studio session
Once a week you train with me in the private home studio: focused, technique-first strength work tailored to your body and adjusted to your energy on the day. This is where we refine movement, progress your lifts and talk honestly about how the week went. It's the anchor the rest of your program is built around.
A weekly group session for connection
Alongside your private session, you join one small group session each week. It's a supportive, low-pressure environment with other women on similar journeys: a bit of accountability, a bit of community, and a reminder that you're not doing this alone. It's designed to be the hour of the week that's just for you.
Six weeks of app-based programming
Your at-home or gym days are covered by six weeks of structured app programming, complete with video demonstrations and coaching cues. The app plans your training week around your studio session, so everything works together rather than competing for your energy.
Macros, habits and progress tracking
The Full Program includes custom macro guidance, habit tracking and progress check-ins through the app, plus in-app messaging whenever you need me. We track what matters: strength, energy, consistency and how you feel, not just a number on the scales.

How is a hybrid training package different from just doing PT sessions?
Casual PT covers one hour a week. The hybrid package structures your whole week: private coaching, a group session, and app workouts for the days in between, so progress doesn't stall between sessions.
What are the group sessions like in the Full Program?
Small, friendly and beginner-safe. You'll train alongside a handful of other women at mixed levels, with exercises scaled to each person. It's supportive accountability, not competition.
How much time does the Full Program take each week?
Plan for your two sessions plus two or three app workouts of around 30 to 45 minutes. I build the schedule around your week, not the other way around.
