Every woman I train starts from a different place: a complete beginner, a mum rebuilding after birth, a busy professional who needs structure more than motivation. So instead of one program for everyone, I offer three ways to train (with a fourth on the way), each with clear pricing and no lock-in contracts. Here's how they compare, so you can pick the one that fits your life right now.

Full Program, $90 per week

The complete experience and my most popular option: a weekly one-to-one studio session, a weekly group session, plus six weeks of app programming with macro guidance and in-app support. Private coaching and a plan to follow between sessions, working together.

In-Home Personal Training, $60 per session

One-on-one coaching in my private, fully equipped home studio in Collingwood Park. Technique-first sessions tailored to your body, your history and your energy on the day. This is the best starting point for beginners, postpartum mums and anyone who wants a supportive space away from crowded gyms.

Online Training Program, $50 per week (6-week minimum)

Personalised app-based programming with exercise videos, macro guidance, habit tracking and weekly check-ins. Train at home, in a gym, or wherever life takes you, anywhere in Australia. Ideal if you're self-motivated but want a real coach adjusting your plan and keeping you accountable.

Outdoor Group Class, $20 casual (coming soon)

A relaxed 45-minute class at a local park, open to all levels and life stages. Mums, bubs and kids welcome. Classes aren't running yet, but you can register your interest and be the first to know when they launch.

Not sure which is right for you?

A simple rule of thumb: if you're new to strength training or postpartum, start with in-home sessions so we can build your technique together. If you want maximum structure and support, the Full Program is the one. If distance or schedule makes the studio tricky, go online.
