In-Home Personal Training

Some of the strongest women I've coached spent years avoiding the gym. Not because they didn't care about their health, but because big commercial gyms can feel loud, exposing and impersonal. In-home personal training removes all of that. You train one-on-one with me in a private, fully equipped studio in Collingwood Park, following a program built for your body and your goals. Sessions are $60, with no joining fees and no lock-in contracts.

One-on-one strength training at your pace

Every session is 100% yours. No shared attention, no generic circuit, no keeping up with the person next to you. We work through personalised strength training that progresses exactly as fast as your body allows: some weeks that means adding weight, other weeks it means refining movement or backing off to recover. That flexibility is what makes progress sustainable instead of another source of pressure.

A private home studio, not a crowded gym

The studio is a dedicated, fully equipped training space at my home in Collingwood Park. There are no crowds, no queues for equipment, and no one watching while you learn. For women who feel intimidated by gyms, this privacy changes everything: you can ask questions freely, wear whatever is comfortable, and focus entirely on your own session.

Beginner and postpartum friendly programming

You don't need any experience to start. Most of my clients are beginners or returning after a long break, and postpartum training is something I genuinely specialise in: gradual, core-aware programming built around where your body is now, not where it was before babies. If you're recently postpartum, my guide to returning to exercise after birth is a good place to start reading.

Technique-first coaching that protects your body

Before we ever chase heavier weights, we build clean, confident movement. I coach every rep: how to hinge, squat, press and carry in ways that protect your joints, back and pelvic floor. Good technique isn't just injury prevention, it's the foundation of long-term strength, and it's the reason my clients keep progressing months in rather than plateauing or getting hurt.

A check-in before every session

Each session starts with a quick conversation: how you slept, how you're feeling, how your body pulled up from last time. Then I tailor the day's plan to match your energy and recovery. Training should work with your life, not punish you for having one, and this simple habit is how sessions stay productive even in your most chaotic weeks.

Simple, honest pricing

Sessions are $60 casual. No joining fee, no lock-in contract, no pressure to buy a package before you know it's right for you. You book through Setmore, you come in, we train. If you later want more structure, the Full Program bundles weekly sessions with app programming for $90 per week.

In-home training questions

What should I bring to my first in-home training session?

Just comfortable clothes, supportive shoes and a water bottle. The studio is fully equipped, so everything else is here. Your first session starts with a relaxed chat about your goals and history.

Is a private home studio safe and professional?

Yes. It's a dedicated, fully equipped training space, and I'm a qualified personal trainer, fully insured and ABN registered. Many women find it safer-feeling than a commercial gym, because it's just us.

How many personal training sessions a week do I need to see results?

For most women, one to two focused strength sessions a week builds noticeable strength within six to eight weeks, especially paired with everyday movement like walking. Consistency matters far more than volume.

Do I need to be fit before starting one-on-one training?

Not at all. Starting from zero is exactly what one-on-one coaching is for. We begin with foundational movements at your level and progress gradually, with zero judgement about where you're starting from.
