I'm a complete beginner. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Most women I train are starting fresh or coming back after a break. We start with the basics, at your pace, with zero judgement.

Where is the studio, and is it private?

Sessions run from a private, fully equipped home studio in Collingwood Park. Just you and me, no crowds and no pressure.

Can you work with me if I'm postpartum?

Yes, it's something I specialise in, with safe, gradual programming built around where your body is now.

What does it cost?

In-home sessions are $60, online programming is $50 per week with a 6-week minimum, and the full hybrid program is $90 per week. Upfront pricing, no lock-in contracts.

What if I can't always make it to the studio?

The online program gives you app-based workouts, macro guidance and weekly check-ins you can do anywhere, so you stay supported even on busy weeks.
