Online Personal Training Program
Not everyone can get to a studio, and not everyone wants to. The Online Training Program gives you the same personalised, evidence-based coaching I deliver face to face, wrapped in an app you can open anywhere in Australia: at home, in your local gym, or on the road for work. It's $50 a week with a six-week minimum, because real change needs more than a fortnight.

Your program is written for you: your goals, your equipment, your schedule and your training history. Whether you're chasing fat loss, muscle growth or simply the confidence to walk into a gym knowing what to do, every block is built from your intake and adjusted as you progress. No recycled PDFs, no one-size-fits-all plans.
Workout videos and coaching cues in the app
Every exercise in your program comes with a video demonstration and my coaching cues, so you're never left guessing what “RDL” means or whether your form is right. The app lays out your week clearly: what to do, how many sets and reps, and what to focus on in each movement. It's like having me beside you, in text and video form.
Custom macro guidance that fits real life
Alongside training, you'll get macro guidance tailored to your goal and your lifestyle. No crash diets, no banned foods, no guilt. We work out an approach to eating you can actually sustain around family dinners, birthdays and busy weeks, because nutrition that only works in perfect conditions doesn't work at all.
Weekly check-ins and honest accountability
Every week you check in through the app: how training felt, how eating went, what got in the way. I review everything and adjust your program before the next week begins. This rhythm is where online coaching earns its keep: you're never just left with a plan, you're in an ongoing conversation with a coach who notices when you go quiet.

Big goals are built from small, boring, repeatable habits: steps, water, protein, sleep. The app tracks the handful of habits we choose together, so progress is visible even in weeks when the scales or the barbell don't move. Over six weeks, those habits do more for your results than any single workout.
Train anywhere in Australia
This program isn't tied to any location. Whether you're in a capital city, a regional town, or moving between both, all you need is your phone and whatever equipment we plan around, even if that's just a pair of dumbbells and a bench. FIFO schedules, shift work and travel are all things we can program around.

The program is $50 a week with a six-week minimum commitment. Six weeks is the honest minimum for real strength and habit change, and it gives us time to adjust the plan properly rather than judging it on a rough fortnight.
Online program questions
How does online coaching actually work week to week?
You follow your program in the app, log your workouts, and complete a weekly check-in. I review your training, nutrition and habits, then adjust your next week and message you feedback.
What equipment do I need for an online training program?
Whatever you have is enough to start. I write programs for full gyms, garage setups or a couple of dumbbells at home. Tell me your equipment and I'll build around it.
Can I message you between check-ins if I get stuck?
Yes. In-app messaging is included, so you can ask about form, swap an exercise or flag a hard week any time. Support between check-ins is part of the program, not an extra.
Is online coaching suitable for a complete beginner?
It can be, especially with the video demonstrations and messaging support. That said, if you're brand new and local to Collingwood Park, I'd suggest a few in-studio sessions first to build technique.
